Arpana Sharma is a strategic consultant and industry thought leader with over 30 years of experience across Health, Hospitality, Recruitment, Management Consulting, and Higher Education. As Managing Partner at PraeEminere Advisory, she leads the Sustainable Business–Education portfolio: BizEd-Visory. Fundamental to the consulting approach is guiding organizations to strengthen internal capabilities, deliver ESG-aligned programs, and foster long-term impact through structured internships, alumni relations, mentoring, and sustainability leadership.

Her collective professional expertise in leadership roles, including a 19-year tenure in Higher Education, saw her spearhead transformative initiatives at the corporate level in industry relations, multi-stakeholder collaboration, change-management, cross-functional projects, recruitment techniques and institutional capacity-building, delivering sustainable and measured outcomes. 

Transitioning into Consulting was a natural progression for Arpana, allowing practical application of multidisciplinary competencies and principles of sustainable development, to design and deliver solutions. With extensive experience in business planning, growth strategies, process optimisation, communication and developing partnerships, her advisory services provide businesses the opportunity to transform operations for long-term viability and a future oriented outlook.

Arpana serves on the Executive Board of the Australian Business Council UAE and Advisory Board of AIESEC UAE. Arpana is an ‘Education Partner’ with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) – Asia Pacific Chapter. She is a published co-author and international speaker. Arpana is the Founder of Maven Consulting –  dedicated to personalised  University Admissions guidance to students and parents on International Higher Education. Maven Consulting also facilitates B2B Institutional partnerships. She is an ICEF (International Consultants for Education and Fairs) and British Council certified consultant.

Arpana’s credentials include executive education from the University of Cambridge (Business Sustainability Management), London School of Economics (Competitive Strategy and Innovation), and UN Global Compact (Future-Proofing SMEs), Master of Business Administration University of Wollongong, Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition from Delhi University and a Bachelor of Science.
